Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative & Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing compliance procedures, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and ensuring that organisational standards are maintained across various departments. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining regulatory adherence and enhancing operational efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Duties

Coordinate and monitor compliance activities to ensure adherence to legal and organisational standards.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols.
Prepare and review documentation related to compliance and quality assurance processes.
Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous compliance.
Support training programmes aimed at promoting compliance awareness among staff.
Liaise with external regulatory bodies during inspections or audits.
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audit results, and corrective actions taken.
Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organisation.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on compliance or quality assurance is preferred.
Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and standards within the industry is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective liaison with internal teams and external agencies.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential qualities for success in this role. Pay: £12.71-£14.80 per hour
