Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Salary: Up to £30,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time). Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire (hybrid working available)

Help keep an award-winning charity running smoothly.

The Nasio Trust is looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Operations Coordinator to work closely with our CEO. You'll coordinate projects, manage actions, organise meetings and support the day-to-day operations of our small UK team.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping things on track.

Key responsibilities

· Support the CEO with project and operational coordination.

· Organise meetings, including Trustee meetings.

Track actions and ensure tasks are completed.
Coordinate projects, events, interns and volunteers.
Improve systems and help the charity operate efficiently.

We're looking for someone who has:

· Excellent organisational and time management skills.

· A proactive, can-do attitude.

· Strong communication and IT skills.

· The ability to manage multiple priorities.

A passion for supporting a charity that transforms the lives of vulnerable children and families in Kenya.
