We are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused E-commerce Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day management, optimisation and growth of our ecommerce channels. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day management, optimisation and performance of our online stores while contributing directly to traffic growth, conversion improvement, customer acquisition and revenue generation across multiple brands and international markets.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our WooCommerce websites, working with digital agencies and developers, driving website traffic, improving conversion rates, increasing average order value, and supporting online revenue growth across our brands, including Tensabarrier®, Lawrence Metal® and QueueWay®.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of company WooCommerce websites.
- Maintain product content, pricing, promotions and merchandising activity.
- Drive qualified website traffic through SEO, PPC and digital marketing initiatives.
- Improve conversion rates and customer journeys through continuous optimisation and A/B testing.
- Identify opportunities to increase average order value through merchandising, upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct competitor analysis covering product ranges, pricing, promotions and ecommerce activity.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, web developers and digital suppliers.
- Coordinate ecommerce projects and website improvements.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve online sales.
- Produce regular reports on ecommerce performance, KPIs and budgets.
- Support delivery of ecommerce revenue and growth targets.
- Work with SEO, PPC and digital marketing agency partners to increase qualified traffic to ecommerce websites.
- Identify opportunities to grow organic, paid, referral and direct website traffic.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive online sales.
- Monitor search visibility, paid advertising performance and website acquisition channels.
- Help deliver online revenue growth through effective traffic acquisition and optimisation strategies.
- Work with SEO, PPC and digital marketing agency partners to increase qualified traffic to ecommerce websites.
- Identify opportunities to grow organic, paid, referral and direct website traffic.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive online sales.
- Monitor search visibility, paid advertising performance and website acquisition channels.
- Help deliver online revenue growth through effective traffic acquisition and optimisation strategies.

- Support delivery of ecommerce revenue and growth objectives.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or website management.
- Experience managing and optimising WooCommerce websites.
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Experience analysing website performance and customer behaviour data.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Experience working with external agencies and suppliers.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience conducting A/B testing and CRO programmes.
- Experience with Google Shopping and Google Merchant Center.
- Knowledge of B2B ecommerce.
- Experience working across international markets.
