Starting Salary: £26,000 p.a.
Bonus: £9,000 p.a. OTE (paid monthly).
Hours: 8:45 - 17:00 (15:30 finish every Friday).
Holidays: 20 Days + Bank Holidays. Increasing by 1 day per full year employment (up to a maximum of 25 + Bank Holidays).

We're The Lead Gen Specialists. We're the people that our clients choose to engage with senior decision makers across multiple B2B sectors, where decision makers actually want to take a call because we don't pitch them, we talk with them. We're growing, and we're looking for a Growth Development Executive who can hold their own in those conversations.
What you'll be doing
You'll be picking up the phone and having intelligent, two-way commercial conversations with Directors, Head of "Function" and C-suite decision makers on behalf of our clients. Not reading a script. Not asking if they've got "five minutes for a quick chat."
You'll be:
- Understanding who your prospects are, why they would buy the services to a level that allows you to ask open questions to make them stop and think.
- Drawing decision makers into a genuine dialogue in a peer-to-peer manner.
- Challenging the status quo, surfacing problems they may not have articulated yet, and reframing how they think about a problem space.
- Asking sharp, well-constructed open questions and actively listening to how they respond.
- Gathering market intelligence that shapes how our clients go to market.
- Qualifying ruthlessly, so that every opportunity you generate is one our clients can convert into new profitable business.
- Working alongside a tight-knit team in a culture that genuinely values craft.
What we're looking for
This role isn't entry-level in mindset. The best people in our team share a few things in common:
- You're articulate and quick on your feet. You can hold a conversation with a Managing Director and have them lean in rather than look for the exit.
- You think critically. When a prospect says, "we're fine as we are," you don't accept it at face value. You get curious.
- You're commercially literate. You understand how businesses make money, why decisions get made (and stalled), and what keeps senior people up at night.
- You're agile. No two conversations are the same, and no two clients sell the same thing. You adapt... fast!
- You're resilient and self-motivated. Good lead generation is a craft, and crafts take repetition to master.
- You care about quality. A lead in our world isn't a name on a spreadsheet. It's a sales qualified conversation a clients' salesperson is genuinely glad to walk into.
Prior experience in a B2B telemarketing, SDR/BDR, recruitment, field sales, account management, or any peer-to-peer phone based role is welcome, but attitude, articulation and intellectual curiosity matter more to us than years on the clock.
