About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex business challenges, driving digital transformation, and delivering measurable business value.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify opportunities, gather and analyse business requirements, improve operational processes, and support the successful delivery of high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across multiple projects and programmes.
- Gather, document, validate, and prioritise business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support solution design, business process modelling, testing, implementation, and change management.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Produce high-quality documentation, reports, and business cases.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Analyst in a complex business environment.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process improvement, and requirements management.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience creating process flows, business cases, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting digital transformation, system implementation, or business change initiatives.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as BCS Business Analysis, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are desirable.
