We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Travel & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team and play a vital role in making that happen.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing travel, accommodation, labour and logistics for crew working across multiple projects throughout the UK and internationally.
No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and working in a dynamic industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Organising and managing travel and accommodation for crew and contractors
- Coordinating labour, resources and personnel across multiple live projects
- Managing crew records, certifications and compliance documentation
- Liaising with accommodation providers, transport companies and suppliers
- Monitoring travel costs while identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on budget
What We're Looking For
Experience within live events, exhibitions, production, touring festivals, construction, infrastructure or other project-led environments is essential.
We're looking for someone who can confidently juggle multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure and build strong working relationships across teams.
