Full job description

Ongoing Work for a Skilled & Professional Decorator:

We are looking for someone who takes pride in preparation, finishing, and maintaining high standards across all sectors including commercial, education, and high-quality residential work.

Who Should Apply:

You should be able to:

Maintain high standards of preparation and finish.
Work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
Conduct yourself professionally in a variety of environments.
Be reliable and consistent week in, week out.
Enjoy and be willing to adapt to a variety of well-managed projects across Kent and surrounding areas, applying your skills in different environments.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 4–5 years decorating experience.
Own tools and transport (clean driving licence).
CIS registered.
Demonstrable track record of previous projects.
Ability to adapt between commercial, education and residential projects.

Desirable (At least ONE of the below):

Spray experience.
Intumescent coating experience.
Skilled in Wallpapering or specialist finishes.
CSCS card.
IPAF, PASMA, and other relevant training.
DBS (required for school projects)
