About us

Etch Tech is a family-run manufacturing business in St. Neots - We are professional, inclusive and collaborative and looking for a Production Operative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Follow all company policies and procedures
Follow safety protocol for the production floor
Follow all quality and safety standards
Assist in the cleaning of the production floor
Assist in the packaging of orders
Assist in the production of components
Adhere to all quality and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Maintain a clean work area at all times

Experience:

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Interested in applicants with experience in Assembly, but not a required skill
Prior experience working in a fast paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines preferred.
Prior experience using power tools may be beneficial
Prior experience with soldering may be beneficial
