About the Role

We are looking for a creative, ambitious and results-driven Social Media & Live Selling Manager to take our online presence and digital sales to the next level.

This is an exciting hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn social media attention into real customers and real sales. You will be responsible for promoting our Fashion Outlet across all major social media platforms, building a strong online community and establishing large-scale selling platforms through channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms.

A major part of this role will involve developing and running our TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE selling operation directly from within the store. We are looking for someone who is confident in creating engaging content, understands live selling and knows how to build an audience and generate revenue through social media.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing and growing the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.
Developing and implementing creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement and sales.
Establishing and growing a major Facebook selling platform, including promoting products, managing online selling opportunities and driving customer interaction.
Creating high-quality and engaging photo, video and promotional content from within the Fashion Outlet.
Setting up, developing and managing a TikTok Shop for the business.
Planning, hosting and managing TikTok LIVE shopping events from within the store.
Identifying products and offers suitable for live selling and creating exciting content around them.
Building a loyal online customer base and encouraging repeat engagement and sales.
Creating regular promotional campaigns for new stock, special offers, events and seasonal activity.
Monitoring social media trends and identifying new opportunities to promote and grow the business.
Working closely with the in-store team to showcase products, departments and the overall customer experience.
Responding to customer enquiries and engaging with audiences across social media platforms where required.
Monitoring performance, engagement, reach and sales generated through social media activity.
Providing ideas and recommendations to continuously improve our online presence and digital sales.
Keeping up to date with the latest social media, content creation and live-selling trends.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate must be highly motivated, confident and able to demonstrate a proven track record in social media marketing, advertising and audience growth.

You should have:

Previous experience managing business social media accounts.
Proven experience in social media advertising and digital marketing.
Experience growing social media pages, increasing engagement and generating sales through online platforms.
Experience with TikTok, TikTok Shop and/or TikTok LIVE selling would be highly advantageous.
Knowledge of Facebook selling platforms, including Facebook Marketplace and other social commerce opportunities.
Strong content creation skills, including photography and videography.
Confidence appearing on camera and/or hosting engaging live content.
A strong understanding of what makes content perform well across different platforms.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to bring new and exciting ideas to the business.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of the company's social media growth.
A genuine passion for fashion, retail, online selling and social media.

Proof of Experience Required

Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience and provide examples of their work. This could include:

Links to social media accounts you have managed.
Examples of content you have created.
Evidence of audience or follower growth.
Examples of successful advertising or marketing campaigns.
Evidence of sales, engagement or results generated through your social media activity.
Experience with TikTok Shop or LIVE selling, where applicable.
