An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Events Team at Tatton Park. The position is for 1 FTE (37 hours) per week over five working days.
About the role
Tatton Park Event Team is looking for an Event Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a wide range of events and functions across Tatton Park, undertaking the set-up and dismantling of facilities and equipment to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.
The role involves carrying out pre- and post-event cleaning to maintain high standards of presentation, as well as monitoring events, including catering operations, to ensure quality is consistently met.
You will provide excellent customer service by responding to client and visitor enquiries in line with established standards, welcoming guests and actively promoting the Park’s services to support income generation.
The role also includes assisting with the safe and efficient operation of car parking and gate access during events, ensuring all procedures are followed and a professional service is delivered at all times.

About you
You will have:
- Experience within an events venue or similar.
- A high degree of interpersonal skills.
- The ability to converse at ease with our internal and external clients and with various departments across the park.
- A Flexible approach to work - The role of Event Assistant is operational and requires a flexible working pattern across weekends and weekdays
