Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator on a part-tie basis, ideally 2-3 days per week to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to the sales department, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and maintaining customer databases.
Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing to ensure timely fulfilment of client requests.
Maintain an organised filing system for contracts, agreements, and other important documents related to sales activities.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
