Responsibilities

- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling client inquiries.
- Support upselling of products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon profitability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon space to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Participate in mentoring new staff members and sharing knowledge of salon procedures and best practices.
- Assist with inventory management and store management tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a salon or beauty environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
