We specialise in a wide range of building and roofing projects — from extensions and loft conversions to structural knock-throughs, renovations, commercial refurbishments, and roof replacements.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Construction Site Supervisor / Assistant Project Manager to help oversee our projects and support the continued expansion of the company.
The Role
We are seeking an organised, hands-on individual with strong construction knowledge who can help coordinate projects from start to finish.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tradesperson, working foreman, site supervisor, or assistant manager looking to take the next step in their career.
Working closely with the company directors, you will play a key role in coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activities while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit and oversee multiple live construction and roofing projects
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress and ensure works are completed on programme
- Organise and order materials, plant, and equipment as required
- Carry out quality control inspections and snagging checks
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across all sites
- Communicate with clients and provide project updates where required
- Identify and resolve site issues before they impact programme or quality
- Assist with project reporting, documentation, and record keeping
- Support directors with the day-to-day management of live projects
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction, building, or roofing
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Lead Tradesperson, or similar role
- Good understanding of domestic construction and refurbishment projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good IT skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and mobile reporting apps
- Full UK Driving Licence
- SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid, or CSCS qualifications desirable but not essential

Pay: £220.00-£260.00 per day
