Part of the Young’s family, the Seagate Hotel is a stylish coastal hotel and pub serving seasonal dishes, local seafood, and classic British favourites with a modern touch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who takes pride in quality, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, and wants to grow within the Young's Pubs family.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Passion for fresh, seasonal food
High standards and attention to detail
Ability to thrive during busy services
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude

Your Role

Running your section with confidence and consistency
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef
Maintaining high food hygiene and presentation standards
Helping develop seasonal menus and specials
Delivering exceptional dishes every service
