We’re now looking for a Property Advisor to join the team. This is a commercially focused, fast-paced role where you’ll qualify new enquiries, generate new business and support owners at the very start of their journey with us. You’ll also contribute to team knowledge, support new starters where appropriate and play an active role in improving how we work.

What you’ll be doing
Lead generation and qualification
- Qualifying inbound enquiries and identifying viable letting opportunities
- Producing preliminary property appraisals and suitability assessments
- Communicating with owners, partners and internal teams to move opportunities through the pipeline
Supporting onboarding and commercial decision-making
- Assessing properties for quality, location, market fit and commercial viability
- Supporting the conversion of qualified opportunities into appointments and sign-ups
Team contribution and development
- Acting as a knowledgeable and supportive team member
- Sharing best practice and supporting onboarding within the team
- Contributing to continuous improvements in processes and ways of working
- Providing cover and support across the team when required
Collaboration and relationships
- Partnering with New Business Managers to ensure a seamless handover for appointments
- Working cross-functionally to deliver a strong owner experience end-to-end
- Representing Travel Chapter as an ambassador for our brand and B Corp ethos
What you’ll bring
Essential
- Experience in a commercially focused role (sales, lettings, holiday property or similar)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing a pipeline and working towards targets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Comfortable using systems and digital tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
- Motivated by both results and delivering a great owner experience
Nice to have
- Experience supporting or mentoring others
- Knowledge of the holiday let market or property appraisal
- Understanding of the competitor landscape and market drivers
Working pattern
This role is based in our Bideford office and operates on a rota across Monday to Sunday.
Shifts typically start at either 09:00 or 12:30 between Monday and Saturday, with Sunday shifts set at 10:00 to 18:30.
Rotas are usually planned well in advance to support work-life balance, although some flexibility is required as shifts may change due to business needs. We aim to provide two consecutive days off where possible and avoid more than five working days in a row.
