About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Inside Sales Manager to support our sales team and wider business operations. This dual-role position combines sales support, lead management and general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business.

You will play a key role in helping generate, qualify, and nurture leads, while also providing essential administrative support across sales, customer communication and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales Support

Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Qualify leads and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information
Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
Maintain regular contact with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Assist in identifying new sales opportunities through research and outreach.
Support conversion of leads into customers by ensuring prompt and professional communication
Attend exhibitions and in-person demonstrations as required.

Administrative Duties

Provide general office and administrative support to the team.
Maintain and organise digital records, documents and filing systems.
Assist with data entry, reporting and basic analysis of sales performance.
Coordinate internal meetings, take minutes where required.
Support onboarding of new clients or partners from an admin perspective
Manage scheduling, calendars and correspondence for the sales function
Help ensure CRM and internal systems are kept accurate and up to date

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or administrative role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Confident telephone manner and customer-focused attitude.
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Desirable Skills

Experience in SaaS, education, or social impact sectors.
Familiarity with HubSpot.
Good understanding of sales pipelines and lead generation processes.
Experience working in a small or fast-paced business environment.
