Class 2 HGV Driver (Days) – Full-Time

Location: Croydon (CR0 4XH)
Salary: £35,500–£39,000 per year.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday,

07:00–17:00
Start Date: ASAP

ELB Partners Ltd is an independent, FORS Gold-accredited haulier based in Croydon. We operate a modern Euro 6 fleet, equipped with the latest camera and safety systems. Our reputation is built on professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer service.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Day Driver to join our professional team. You’ll play a key role in delivering palletised freight safely and efficiently across London — including Central London routes.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out daily vehicle checks to DVSA standards.
Deliver and collect palletised freight across London using a powered pump truck and tail lift.
Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
Capture customer signatures electronically and complete all required delivery documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and represent ELB Partners to a high standard.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and punctuality.

About You

Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with a good driving record.
Experience driving in London, including Central London deliveries.
Strong understanding of vehicle safety and road regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to complete timesheets and paperwork accurately.

Potential to earn up to £39,000 a year
Bonus: £200 per month accident and attendance bonus.
