£21.00 per hour | Full-time & Part-time | No. 1 Lavender Fields

Our Lavender Fields service supports adults with physical disabilities. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities – whether that’s celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.

Your working hours

We have three roles available, offering a range of hours dependent on your requirements:

Part-time days - 12 hours per week
Part-time nights - 24 hours per week
Full-time nights - 36 hours per week

Typical shifts may include:

Day shift : 8:00am - 8:30pm
Night shift: 8:00pm - 8:30am

We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

What you’ll do

Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
Administer and manage medicines safely
Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements

Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, you’ll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.

NMC registered nurse (essential)
A caring, empathetic and professional approach
Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call
Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)
