Full job description

We are a well-established family run company which specialises in the installation and supply of conveyor belt and component parts to a wide range of industries such as quarrying, recycling and production.

We are currently looking for an office administrator, with lots of opportunity to learn new skills. We are looking for a person to help with the smooth running of our office, to undertake general and varied office duties with an ability to be adaptable within the office environment.

The Role Includes

Answering phone calls
Sales and purchase order management
Work schedule management
General office duties
Compile data and maintain accurate records on the database

Ideal Candidate

Office experience is preferred but not essential
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Efficient

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£34,500.00 per year
