Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall efficiency of our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Sage
Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports for management review
Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and administrative records
Support general office administration including correspondence, scheduling, and data entry
Liaise with external accountants or auditors as required
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organisational policies

Qualifications
