Receptionist – Golf & Country Club

Location: Stock Brook Country Club
Position: Part-Time Receptionist
Hours: 4-on, 4-off rota

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Weekends: 1:00pm – 7:00pm

Stock Brook Country Club, is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our busy front-of-house team.

As the first point of contact for members and guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the club.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting members and visitors with a warm and professional manner
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Managing bookings and member requests
Processing payments and handling reception administration duties
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Working closely with colleagues across the club to ensure excellent customer service standards

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Be friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with people
Enjoy working in a busy team environment
Be reliable, organised, and able to multitask
Have good computer literacy and attention to detail
Previous reception, hospitality, leisure, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
