Overview

Join our dynamic team as an HR and Recruitment Assistant, where your energy and organizational skills will drive our talent acquisition and human resources initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants and new hires. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline HR operations, and contribute to our company’s growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in HR systems and social media management while making a tangible impact on our organization.

Duties

Support the recruitment process by posting job openings on social media platforms and job boards, engaging with potential candidates, and promoting our employer brand
Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Contribute to HR administrative tasks including document preparation, record keeping, and compliance reporting
Support HR team members with various projects related to employee engagement, training logistics, and policy updates
Maintaining the careers page

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members at all levels
Demonstrated administrative experience including data entry, record management, and document organization
Knowledge of recruitment platforms
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience supporting human resources functions or recruitment processes is preferred
Familiarity with HR terminology and processes related to onboarding, employee records, and compliance
