About the Role:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our finance processes run smoothly, accurately, and in line with regulations. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business and external partners, helping to maintain strong relationships and a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities:

Process financial documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting guidelines and legislation

Deliver a high standard of service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Support with internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes are audit-ready

Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with ad-hoc tasks and process improvements

Maintain data integrity within financial systems
What we are looking for:

Experience using financial systems within a business environment

Strong IT skills, with intermediate knowledge of Excel

Understanding of financial compliance, guidelines, and legislation

Awareness of the risks of non-compliance and commitment to accuracy

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
