Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hot Tub Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hot tubs and spas. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with equipment repair, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of hot tubs and spas to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including plumbing, electrical, and heating systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
Full Training is provided but a background in electrical or plumbing is prefered. You will be based out of Billinghay, but cover Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, using a company vehicle.
