Company: Blockbusters Drainage and Plumbing.

Job Title: Drainage Repairs Engineer.

Location: On the road.

Salary: £38,000 to £43,500 (dependent on experience).

Core Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Blockbusters is a leading provider of drainage services throughout the Southeast region, offering professional, reliable, and efficient solutions to a diverse range of clients. Blockbusters are looking for Groundworkers and Repairs engineers that are hardworking and dedicated to providing the best service to our clients. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Drainage and have the right attitudes on display also a full and preferably clean driving licence is essential. Alongside this we are looking for people that want to learn and grow with a company that have high ambitions.

The Role Responsibilities:

- Carry out groundworks, minor drainage-related repairs, reinstatements, pipework renewals and patch lining repairs.

- Complete excavation and structural repair work on underground drainage systems, in both commercial and domestic drainage systems.

- Repair and Replace Watermains and conduct Moling

- Replace pipework and carry out work required to specification.

- Apply all rules and regulations for street works, highways, legislation and CDM.

- Removal of any materials using correct machinery or hand dig excavations.

Essential/Desired Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience, as an excavation drainage engineer.

- Streetworks Ticket

- Full and Valid UK Driving Licence, any points should be declared before a licence check.

- Skilled in necessary equipment, such as using HPWJ & EMC.

- In depth knowledge of drainage systems, knowing how to trace out pipe work. Capable of the use of all drainage equipment.

- Demonstrating the right attitudes, showing passion for the job.

- Show a keen eye for detail, and an ability to problem solve.
