The Role
Deliver fun, engaging street dance classes
Teach a range of age groups:
3–6 years
7+ years
Teens
Create a positive, safe, and confidence-building class environment
Be a great role model and represent the brand professionally

Essential Requirements
Strong dance background & Dance Qualifciation(street dance experience desirable)
Experience working with children (ages 3–6, 7+, and teens)
Confident, enthusiastic, and great with people
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Reliable and committed
Happy to work on a self-employed basis

Previous teaching or coaching experience
Safeguarding / DBS (or willingness to obtain)
Experience performing or competing

- Part-time with the option to go full-time
- Lead your own Friday evening classes in Lichfield
- Ongoing training and support to help you thrive
What You'll Do:
Teach fun, high-energy classes for ages 3-18
Choreograph unique routines for shows and competitions
Inspire students to build confidence and life skills
Promote your classes with support from our marketing team
Grow your student numbers — earn bonuses for every student you bring in and retain!
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of dance teaching experience (preferably with children) ideally Street Dance
- Strong background in dance, ideally street, hip-hop, or contemporary styles
- Energetic, passionate, and great at motivating students
- Confidence to lead your own classes
- Strong communication skills
- Dance qualifications are a plus
- Driver’s license required (local travel involved)
