Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team in Coleshill at Milner Landscapes and Construction LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes, ensuring the highest standards of horticultural care and landscape aesthetics. Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilising to ensure healthy growth and visual appeal.
- Operate various power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers efficiently and safely.
- Use hand tools for planting, digging, and general garden upkeep.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for larger construction or landscaping projects is highly desirable.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with construction activities related to landscape development, including setting foundations or installing features.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscape designs aligned with client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of power tools, irrigation systems, and heavy machinery such as excavators.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools for gardening and construction tasks.
- Strong understanding of horticulture principles and plant care techniques.
- Ability to perform physical labour including lifting, digging, and operating machinery safely.
- Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail in maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Good communication skills and professionalism to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Pay: £110.00-£135.00 per day
