Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in landscape maintenance, with practical experience in gardening tasks. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors, enhancing green spaces and contributing to the aesthetic appeal of our environment. Applicants should be organised, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with various gardening tools and techniques.

Ideally looking for someone who can drive and has a car.

Responsibilities

Maintain and care for gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas, ensuring they are healthy and visually appealing
Use hand tools such as secateurs, spades, and rakes for planting, pruning, and clearing debris
Operate power tools including lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers safely and efficiently
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during outdoor work

Qualifications

Proven experience in gardening is preferred
Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools used in landscape maintenance
Strong interest in gardening, landscape aesthetics, and environmental sustainability
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Organised with good attention to detail and time management skills
