Duties
The successful candidate will assist the Weddings & Events team with a variety of day-to-day tasks including,
- Answering telephones
- Responding to new event enquiries
- Preparing viewing information packs
- Preparing signs and stationary for the events
- Support the preparation of event materials, schedules
- Manage booking systems and maintain accurate records of event details and client information
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering queries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organised files
- Other ad-hoc event assistant duties
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when necessary

Days of the Week
Monday to Friday (9am - 1pm)
Job Type: 6-month initial contract term
Pay: £13.00 per hour for over 21’s
Hours potentially are also available on the weekend on the event floor
Experience
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
- Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of work quality.
