Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Shepherd's Bush

Brand: Portico

Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours: Monday to Fridays from 8:45am to 6pm. Please note, that you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 10am - 2pm.

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The role of Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!

Duties will include:

Identifying and maximising business opportunities.
Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and registering applicants.
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
Achieving personal and branch sales targets.
Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.
Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information.
Building strong relationships internally and externally.
Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry.
Deal with the sale of a property from viewing to close.

Skills required:

Excellent sales ability.
High level of customer service skills.
Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
The ability to negotiate.
Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
Be responsive to change.
