The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and reliable full-Time Baker & Cook to join our small team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys preparing fresh food, baking from scratch, and working in a busy but supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and baking fresh scones every morning, pastries, and cakes where required.
- Cooking a small menu of breakfast and lunch items. Preparing and serving afternoon teas.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Contributing ideas for seasonal specials and menu items
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in baking and/or cooking (café or similar environment preferred)
- A genuine passion for food and creativity in the kitchen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Hours:
Full time flexi rota (hours to be agreed, with weekend work required).
Approx 4 week days and 1x day at the weekend with holiday cover as and when required.
