Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Vehicle Sales Executive to join our energetic sales team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind connecting customers with their perfect vehicle, providing exceptional service, and building lasting relationships. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help us expand our customer base and achieve sales excellence. Duties

Engage with prospective customers through various channels including phone calls, in-person visits, and digital inquiries to understand their vehicle needs.
Present vehicle options confidently, highlighting features and benefits to match customer preferences.
Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales interactions when working with corporate clients or fleet buyers.
Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to ensure seamless follow-up and relationship management.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Organize appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently to ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management is highly desirable.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate product features clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales progress.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage customers professionally and confidently.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:

Speaking with customers and assisting with vehicle sales
Responding to telephone, online and social media enquiries
General dealership administration and paperwork
Collecting and delivering vehicles
Attending auctions and collecting purchased vehicles
Inspecting vehicles before purchase/collection
Negotiating and bargaining when purchasing vehicles
Preparing vehicles ready for advertisement and sale
Taking photographs/videos of vehicles
Helping organise vehicle valeting, MOTs, servicing and repairs
Moving and organising stock
Assisting with vehicle handovers
Keeping the dealership and vehicles presentable
Supporting the day-to-day running of the business

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a full UK driving licence
Is confident driving different types of vehicles
Has good communication and customer-service skills
Is organised and comfortable with basic admin
Is confident negotiating and dealing with people
Can work independently and use their initiative
Is reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Has an interest in cars and the motor trade
Is willing to learn and take on responsibility
