Full job description

Cathedral Dental Clinic is a well-established, fully private dental practice located in the heart of Pontcanna, Cardiff. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional Receptionist / Clinic Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a busy environment and take pride in being organised and approachable, we'd love to hear from you.

About You

Previous dental reception experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Previous reception or administration experience is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, five-star customer service.
Friendly, approachable and confident manner.
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
Organised, reliable and able to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
