Full job description

Overview

Join our fun team as a waiter/waitress and become part of the Nickel City family. We're only a small team, so be ready to be welcomed! In this role, we expect exceptional guest service, and ensure all guests feel welcomed by your enthusiasm.

Duties

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve dishes promptly while maintaining presentation quality and proper food safety standards
Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
Upsell menu items to maximize guest enjoyment and restaurant revenue through friendly suggestions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures consistently

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and effort is key!

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
