Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in handyman maintenance, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our environment while providing support to both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on facilities, emerggency light testing, water temp testing, meter readings, painting and eneral maintenance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Driving around the UK in a company vehicle to carry out these tasks

Experience

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

75% (required)
