Help us build something special.
We’re building a mental health centre of excellence in Leeds – and we’re looking for CBT Therapists, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) and Counsellors who want to be part of it from the ground up.
Are you entrepreneurial? Does the idea of a start-up excite you? Are you ambitious and keen to shape your own career? Are you a team player who could help us build something really special?
If you’re dynamic, flexible and genuinely passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you. This is more than a job, it’s a chance to fall in love with your work again, with the freedom to grow, innovate and help shape how mental health care is delivered.
Why Towards is different
Towards makes therapy work for therapists. No more isolation, burnout, or going it alone. Our high-street therapy hubs bring clinicians together under one roof, with free training, supervision and on-demand clinical support built in. You get everything you need to do meaningful work in your local community, and the space to do it brilliantly.
We bring together the best people, technology and processes to make a measurable difference to people’s lives. We believe in career-long learning, in supporting our people to be the very best they can be, and in giving ambitious clinicians a real voice in how the service grows. Together, we will transform the delivery of mental health care.
