Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Cantonese speaking)

Location: Unit 8, Elliott way, Birmingham, B6 7AP

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: ￡12.71 - ￡13.00 (depending on experience)

About Us:

WE2UK LTD is a dynamic and growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to support our customer service and warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Operative at WE2UK LTD, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Label products and shipments correctly.
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
Replenish stock and maintain warehouse organisation.
Support outbound or inbound warehouse activities.
Ensure accurate documentation and shipment tracking.
Carry out stock checks and inventory-related tasks as required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements at all times.
Carry out general warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken).
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving goods when required.
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing operational needs.

Working Hours:

Sunday to Friday.
5 working days per week on a rota basis.
Sunday working is mandatory.
Approximately 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (subject to operational requirements).
