Events and Retail Assistant – Full-Time Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

As an Events and Retail Assistant, you'll be representing leading brands at retail locations, promotional campaigns, and live events while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Represent brands at retail promotions, pop-up events, and marketing campaigns
Demonstrate products and services to potential customers
Create positive customer experiences that drive brand awareness and sales
Assist with event setup, organisation, and day-to-day operations
Answer customer questions and provide product information
Support sales and promotional objectives at events and retail locations
Work closely with team members to achieve performance goals
