Passive Fire Protection Installer
Location: Site based within Birmingham, Wolverhampton & Walsall area
Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours
This is an exciting opportunity for a Passive Fire Protection Installer to join Novus Property Solutions, planned works team providing high-quality Fire Door installation and remedial works within Social Housing tenanted properties

An outline of your responsibilities and experience

Installation of fire doors and completion of remedial works within a social housing environment

Previous experience in social housing, including working directly with tenants, is desirable

Ability to work from job tickets or handheld devices on a daily basis

Work collaboratively with other trades and the wider site or contract team, while managing your own workload effectively

Successful candidates may be required to complete a skills test, including the installation of a fire door

Adhere to Novus high standards of health and safety at all times

Full UK driving licence is essential
