Gardening Team leader

Monday - Friday 40 hours per week between 7:45am and 4:30pm

Worcester's best rated landscaping company is looking to recruit a Gardening team leader with exceptional horticultural knowledge to join our growing team. Due to a large and growing client waiting list, we are now booked 3 months in advance and we are looking to take on a team member with good previous experience to work with us to deliver these projects.
We also have a wide range and variety of clients gardens that are to be maintained to a high standard.

The Role:
● De-weeding and clearing borders
● Hedge trimming
● Lawn mowing
● Planting and cultivating
● Softscaping - Turfing, rotovating, digging, raking, mulching and pruning
● Great plant knowledge needed
● Working with the client and the team on selecting plants and planning the project
● Working to budgets
● NVQ level 2 in Horticulture as a minimum
You will be an integral part of our friendly and supportive, established team. You will be responsible for the gardening and horticulture side of the company where high standards are both expected and achieved.
You will also be responsible for leading the Garden maintenance side and be able to use initiative in maintaining clients gardens to a high standard whilst leading the small team of gardeners.
There are no overnight stays. All of our projects are based within 20 miles of Worcester and we pride ourselves on a great work/life balance.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated horticultural professional who has good previous experience in a similar role. You will possess the following key competencies:

Full clean driving licence
