Corpay is currently looking to hire a Growth and Data Lead within our organisation. This position will play a critical role in shaping and scaling the next generation of AI-enabled solutions, data products, and strategic growth initiatives.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will take ownership of key product and strategic initiatives, working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams. Reporting directly into the Management team, you will gain significant leadership visibility and strong career progression opportunities.
We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven individual who combines business acumen, product or market development expertise, and technical understanding with excellent problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has the ambition to take ownership from initiation through successful execution.

- Champion innovative ideas and lead go-to-market strategies for successful commercialisation
- Own the value proposition, communication, and promotion plans to transform ideas into commercially successful offerings
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and commercial analysis
- Own and execute strategic initiatives and be accountable for their growth and success
- Lead the rollout and adoption of the existing Machine Learning module (AVA) across the customer base
- Design, develop, and optimise AI-powered booking solutions to improve vehicle allocation across repair networks
- Support strategic initiatives including bolt-on M&A activity, partnerships, new market entry, and pricing strategy through analytical insight
- Deliver proactive customer reporting and data analysis to support account management and improve client outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Leadership teams to align strategic priorities and execution
- Present strategic recommendations, insights, and business cases to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, or related field); Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 5–10 years of experience in a relevant role such as Product, Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, or Business Transformation
- Previous experience working within or alongside software and technology businesses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning concepts, products, and applications
- Commercial mindset with the ambition and capability to own product performance and growth initiatives
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives such as partnerships, market expansion, pricing strategy, or M&A activities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple functions and projects
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Consulting-style analytical and strategic thinking skillset is highly desirable
