We’re looking for a driven New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen dealership in Birmingham

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming and engaging every customer whether that’s face-to-face, online, or over the phone
Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover
Building relationships through follow-ups, videos, and regular updates
Working towards and exceeding sales targets as part of a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing sales role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated, driven, and target-focused mindset
Professional approach with a passion for customer service
Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
