About Us

We are a growing independent brewery and hospitality business operating a portfolio of pubs, inns, and hotels across Worcestershire, Herefordshire, the West Midlands, and Shropshire. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards across our venues and are looking for a practical, reliable Maintenance Team Member to join our team.

The Role

As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our estate of pubs and hotels. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently.

You will travel between sites to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and presented to the highest standards for our customers and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across pubs and hotels.
Complete general building repairs including basic carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and minor electrical work.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from site managers.
Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
Undertake preventative maintenance tasks to minimise breakdowns and disruptions.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Liaise with external contractors when specialist works are required.
Maintain accurate records of completed works and materials used.
Support refurbishment and improvement projects across the estate as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, property, or building services role.
Possesses practical skills across a range of trades.
Is self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise workloads.
Has excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Can work independently and as part of a wider team.
Has a flexible approach and is willing to travel between sites.
Holds a full UK driving licence.

Desirable Skills

Experience working within hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments.
Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating skills.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Relevant trade qualifications (advantageous but not essential).
