Role Details:
Position: Store Manager
Location: Sheldon
Hours: Full-time
Experience: Previous optical management or senior optical experience required
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting the store team
- Driving store performance and achieving business objectives
- Delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
- Managing appointments, patient records, and store administration
- Supporting dispensing, frame styling, and patient journeys
- Monitoring stock levels and supplier orders
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and professionalism
- Training, coaching, and developing team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the optical industry
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Well-presented with a professional manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
