Full job description

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Property Viewer to join our team on a zero-hour contract. This flexible role is ideal for someone who wants experience in the UK property industry while working around other commitments.

You’ll be carrying out property viewings, key handovers, and occasional inspections at various times during the day, evenings, and weekends—depending on booking demand.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in property, lettings, and customer service. There is potential for this role to develop into a future full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings in Birmingham and occasional Burton on Trent.

Complete basic inspections and report findings using our internal systems.

Carry out tenant key handovers and check-ins/check-outs.

Work closely with the Lettings Negotiator to schedule and confirm viewing appointments.

Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants and represent the company professionally at all times.

Ensure properties are secure after viewings and follow all company procedures.

Communicate any property issues, maintenance needs, or risks to the team.

Location & Travel Requirements

You will be primarily in Birmingham and Burton on Trent. There will be chances to see some other developments in different locations in the UK.

A full UK driving license and access to a car is required

Hours

Zero-hour contract: work offered based on business needs.

Flexible hours — viewings may be scheduled weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Ideal for someone looking for flexibility or part-time work.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

Strong communication and people skills.

Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Willingness to travel to different developments.

Ability to work independently.

Previous experience in Property.

Desirable:

Previous experience in property, customer service, or hospitality.

Knowledge of local areas.
