About The Role

What you’ll be doing

Reconciling rental payments with agent statements to ensure all transactions are reflected accurately against the accounts.
Ensuring invoices are VAT compliant and processed for payment in a timely manner.
Liaising with third parties via email and telephone to ensure relevant and accurate documentation received.
Lodging and releasing of tenant deposits, making relevant claims to the Deposit Protection Service where required.
Supporting the team to ensure all service level agreements are met.

What you’ll bring to the team

Problem solving skills, identifying any areas for improvement.
A positive and welcoming attitude.
Computer literacy with an understanding of Microsoft packages such as Teams, Word, and Excel.
Self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (hybrid role) - Office presence required on a Monday
Hours: 27.5 hours per week
Working Hours: 9:00am – 2:30pm
