- Manage all aspects of compliance and health & safety across your portfolio, ensuring all
legislation, policies and recommendations are adhered to. Ensure all reports and systems
are maintained and actioned appropriately for each building
- Prepare, review and implement annual budget for each of your buildings in accordance with
procedures, ensuring the budget is approved and demands are issued on time
- Oversee the financial management of your portfolio, authorising payment of all invoices for works and
undertaking regular income & expenditure reviews to ensure the financial health of the portfolio
- Work in collaboration with the accounts team to ensure the annual accounts are accurate and
completed on time. Prepare necessary commentary where appropriate
- Ensure a comprehensive Long Term Maintenance Plan is in place for each building across your
portfolio and ensure they are reviewed annually.
- Ensure all planned jobs and major works are completed on time and contracts are tendered in line with
relevant legislation
- Effectively manage contractors to deliver high quality services and good value for money for
customers
- Organise and attend resident meetings as required across your portfolio, working flexibly and
sometimes outside office hours to meet at a time and place to suit our clients
- Maintain excellent client relationships, providing regular updates and reports as required
- Prepare regular reporting according to our and our clients’ needs, to include the key management and
financial aspects of your portfolio
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and business-wide initiatives as required

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and qualities:

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
MIRPM qualification or above ✓
Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience ✓
A minimum of 5 years of recent experience working in residential ✓
property management
Up to date knowledge of the property management sector including ✓
relevant compliance and health & safety legislation
Knowledge of MRI Qube property management software ✓
Knowledge and experience of working with large Freeholder clients, ✓
Resident Management Companies, and other external stakeholders
Experience of leading teams, line management and management of ✓
