Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom
- Plan and implement lessons in English, art, PSHE/RSE, online safety and RE.
- Foster a love of learning and promote intellectual, social, and emotional development
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Experience working with children of different age groups
- Understanding of special education needs and strategies for supporting students with diverse learning abilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth
