Full job description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Tax Administrator to join our team based in Birmingham.

As A Senior Tax Administrator your role will involve:

Overseeing all tax compliance work
Managing the day to day workflow and operation of the tax office ensuring deadlines are met
Preparing, and reviewing self-assessment tax returns, corporation tax returns and property disposal returns.
Submission of VAT returns
Preparing and submission of Making Tax Digital quarterly returns
Corresponding with HMRC
Acting as a the key contact to clients to provide ongoing support and resolve queries
Provide support to junior staff, and review junior staff work
Assisting senior managers with ad hoc tax queries

The Ideal Senior Tax Administrator will:

Knowledge of UK taxes
Previous experience preparing and reviewing tax returns
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks
