We are seeking a talented and professional Hairdresser and Beautician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Providing a range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments.
- Performing beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skincare procedures.
- Delivering excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice.
- Managing front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining the salon’s organisation.
- Mentoring junior staff or apprentices to develop their skills and ensure consistent service quality.
- Upselling products and services to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Assisting with store management tasks such as stock control, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
- Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalised care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hairdressing and beautician roles, with relevant certifications or licences.
- Skills in barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and colour techniques are highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
- Ability to mentor colleagues or trainees to foster a positive team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- A professional appearance combined with a friendly demeanour and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should be enthusiastic about continuing professional development within the beauty industry and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: £12.21-£20.00 per hour
